Information we collect
We collect information that you choose to provide through our project inquiry form, client experience form, or another direct business interaction. This may include your name, organization, reply address, requested service, preferred timing, project details, ratings, service feedback, outcome information, and communication or testimonial permissions you submit.
Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through a website form. The client experience form also asks respondents not to provide another person's private email address or phone number.
Our website and hosting systems may also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as request timestamps, browser and server data, and network information. The inquiry form uses a privacy-preserving identifier derived from an Internet Protocol address for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use information
We may use information you provide to review and respond to an inquiry, evaluate project fit, recommend a service or next step, assess and improve client service, address requested follow-up, prepare requested business communications, support an active client relationship, maintain website security, and comply with applicable obligations.
We use a client comment publicly as a testimonial only when the respondent grants the requested permission. A referral response is used to continue a conversation with the respondent; the form does not ask for another person's private email address or phone number.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use project inquiry details for unrelated automated profiling.
Protection and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information handled through this website. The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, form validation, origin checks, anti-spam controls, and rate limiting.
Project inquiries are delivered to our business communications systems. Client experience responses are stored in a restricted server-side data area outside the public website directory for internal review. Limited security logs may record the time and result of a submission and a shortened identifier derived from network information. We retain business records and security information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, operational continuity, dispute resolution, or legal requirements.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your choices
You may ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion when appropriate by using our contact form. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
If you receive an optional marketing message from us, you may use the unsubscribe instructions in that message. Transactional or project-related communications may continue when needed to provide a requested service or manage an active relationship.
Children's privacy
This company website and its project inquiry form are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The current version and its last-updated date will be posted on this page.
